Achievements
Budgeting is long-haul work whose effects only show after several months. The Achievements page (More → Achievements) makes the progress in between visible — without ever influencing your numbers.
Nothing here touches your money. Everything is derived from what you already do: no badge changes a balance, an assignment or a report.
Your level sums up your overall activity. It only goes up: it’s a running total, not a grade.
Streak
Section titled “Streak”The streak counts active weeks — the ones where you logged at least one transaction.
It includes a grace week: missing one week doesn’t reset the counter, and a single entry gets you going again. A streak that collapses over a week off would punish ordinary life, not slacking.
Monthly challenges
Section titled “Monthly challenges”Three short objectives, reset every month:
- On the books — log 8 expenses this month.
- Funded envelopes — fully fund 4 targeted envelopes.
- All in the green — keep 5 envelopes out of the red.
They cover things you’d do anyway; none asks you to spend or save more.
Badges
Section titled “Badges”Badges unlock when a condition is met and stay earned — even if the situation changes later. A badge for a fully assigned month doesn’t vanish the next month.
They’re stored in your encrypted vault like everything else: you find them on all your devices, and nobody else can see them.
Turning it all off
Section titled “Turning it all off”If this isn’t for you, Settings → Achievements removes the block from the home screen and mutes the notifications. The calculation keeps running quietly; nothing is lost if you switch them back on later.
